Exclusions
· Tourism tax not applicable for Malaysian
· Any item/service which is not specifically mentioned in the above inclusions column
· Air Fare / Ferry Tickets / Coach Tickets & Travel Insurance.
· Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks & porterage. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the inclusions column.
· Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) & etc… (To be borne by the guest, which is directly payable on the spot).
· Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to arrival/departure.
Terms & Conditions:
1) The above rates are applicable only for Malaysian Nationality.
2) Minimum of 2 adults should travel together.
3) Rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) & Per Person basis.
4) This is only a Tentative rate. No reservation has been made and it is subject to availability.
5) All rates quoted are based on current Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) value and it is subject to fluctuate without notice.
6) Our quotation is based on standard flight arrival/departure timings, if your flight falls in midnight (Between 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM) we will advise the additional surcharges if any.
7) Standard check-in time is 1500 hours, check-out time is 1200 hours & it may vary. Early check-in / late check-out / Bed type / Adjoining room is subject to availability & extra charges if any.
8) Each star rating of hotel is provided by the property as a guideline to the comfort, facilities and amenities that they provide.
9) We highly recommend you visit the trip advisor or similar websites and observe the independent reviews of guests on hotels/rooms/attractions/services before making any reservations so that you can check whether it is suitable to your expectation/taste/demands.
10) The above special rates are not applicable during the high occupancy period of hotel/airline which is subject to change with market conditions. And the hotel/airline reserves the right to demand for additional surcharges during high occupancy days. In that event, we will be compelled to revise the quotation.
11) We reserve the right to amend/modify the rates/Itinerary without prior notice.
12) Bookings should be made prior to 30 days of arrival date & Full payment should be made 15 days prior to arrival date to ensure smooth arrangements.
